Free Mail-in Pack
When you place your order you have 2 options, firstly to download a free Royal Mail 24® Tracked Label which you can use to stick on any packaging you have and send your device to us right away. Alternatively there is the option for us to send you out a mail in pack which includes a box and Royal Mail 24® Tracked Label. The mail-in pack will be despatched by 1st class post and will typically arrive within 1-2 working days of placing your order.

How the repair service works
- Place your order online.
- Download the free postage label.
- Package up your device, securely attach the postal label and take to the post office and get your receipt.
- We receive your device on the next working day.
- Your repair will be completed and tested, normally within 48 hours.
- We return your phone on a Royal Mail 24® Tracked Service so it will be with you on the very next working day.
